Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the prize giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by SOMA.finance (the "Company"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating.

  1. Eligibility:

    1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence.
    2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of SOMA.finance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Participation:

    1. To take part in the Giveaway, participants must complete the onboarding process on SOMA.finance.
    2. Participants must invite at least two friends to also complete the onboarding process.
    3. The friends invited must complete their onboarding process for the participant to qualify as a referral entry.
    4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the individuals they refer provide accurate information during the KYC process. Misrepresentation or fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification from the promo campaign.

  3. Minimum Participation Requirement:

    1. The Giveaway requires a minimum number of 500 participants to be eligible.
    2. If the minimum participation requirement is not met, the Giveaway may be canceled or postponed at the Company's discretion.

  4. Prize:

    1. The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
    2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

  5. Notification and Claiming the Prize:

    1. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the onboarding process.
    2. Winners must respond to the notification within a specified time period to claim the prize.
    3. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  6. Publicity:

    1. By participating in the Giveaway, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  7. Privacy:

    1. The Company will handle personal information obtained during the Giveaway in accordance with its privacy policy.

  8. General Conditions:

    1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
    3. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the participation in the Giveaway or the use of the prize(s).

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
    2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

  10. Promotion Period:

    1. The promo campaign will run from 11th October 2023 to -. Any referrals made or actions taken outside this period will not be eligible for participation.

  11. Taxation and Legal Compliance:

    1. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations associated with receiving the prize. SOMA Finance Incorporated shall not be held liable for any tax liabilities or legal consequences arising from the promotion or the distribution of the prize.
