These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the referral leaderboard program (the "Program") offered by SOMA.finance (the "Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating.

1. Eligibility:

   1. The Program is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence.
   2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of SOMA.finance, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:

   1. To participate in the Program, you must have an account on the SOMA.finance platform.
   2. You may refer others to join SOMA.finance by sharing your unique referral link, provided by the Company, with potential users.
   3. Referred users must sign up using your referral link to be counted towards your leaderboard ranking.

3. Leaderboard Ranking:

   1. The Program includes a referral leaderboard that ranks participants based on the number of successful referrals they generate.
   2. Participants will earn points on the leaderboard as follows: 1 point for each referred user who is verified via the Company's onboarding process.
   3. The leaderboard rankings will be updated regularly and can be viewed on the SOMA.finance website or platform.

4. Rewards:

   1. The Program offers rewards based on the leaderboard rankings.
   2. In the case of a tie between eligible participants prizes will be split between the winners at a rate to be determined at the discretion of the Company.
   3. The specific rewards for each leaderboard position will be communicated separately by the Company.
   4. The Company reserves the right to modify the reward structure or substitute rewards with others of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

5. Valid Referrals:

   1. A completed referral is defined as a referred user who has successfully completed the onboarding process and been verified on the SOMA.finance platform.
   2. Valid referrals must comply with the Company's terms of service and any additional requirements communicated by the Company.

6. Privacy:

   1. The Company will handle personal information obtained during the Program in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Modification and Termination:

   1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
   2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
   2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

9. Promotion Period:

   1. The promo campaign will run from 11th October 2023 to 19th December 2023, 00:00:00 UTC. Any referrals made or actions taken outside this period will not be eligible for participation.
   2. The promotion period can be altered or modified at any time at the discretion of the Company.

10. Minimum Participation Requirement:

    1. The Giveaway requires a minimum number of 150 participants with 10 or more successful referrals to be eligible.
    2. If the minimum participation requirement is not met, the Giveaway may be canceled or postponed at the Company's discretion.

11. Taxation and Legal Compliance:

    1. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, gas fees, or legal obligations associated with receiving the prize. SOMA Finance Incorporated shall not be held liable for any tax liabilities or legal consequences arising from the promotion or the distribution of the prize.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
