Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the referral program (the "Program") offered by SOMA.finance (the "Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating.

  1. Eligibility:

    1. The Program is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence.
    2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of SOMA.finance, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

  2. Referral Process:

    1. To participate in the Program, you must complete the onboarding process on SOMA.finance.
    2. You may refer others to join SOMA.finance by sharing your referral link, provided by the Company, with potential users.
    3. Referred users must complete the onboarding process on SOMA.finance to be counted as completed referrals.

  3. Referral Rewards:

    1. For every 5 completed referrals, you will be rewarded with $50 worth of SOMA tokens.
    2. For every 10 completed referrals, you will be rewarded with $150 worth of SOMA tokens.
    3. The SOMA tokens will be claimable through your SOMA.finance account within a reasonable time period after the referral thresholds are met.

  4. Valid Referrals:

    1. A completed referral is defined as a referred user who has successfully completed the onboarding process and been verified on the SOMA.finance platform.
    2. Valid referrals must comply with the Company's terms of service and any additional requirements communicated by the Company.

  5. Reward Distribution:

    1. The prize(s) can only be claimed by the winner’s address and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
    2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the SOMA tokens with another reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
    3. Availability of prizes and claiming mechanisms will be made available at a later date to be determined at the discretion of the Company.

  6. Limitations:

    1. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to participate in the Program.
    2. The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any activities that violate these Terms or attempt to manipulate the Program will result in disqualification.

  7. Privacy:

    1. The Company will handle personal information obtained during the Program in accordance with its privacy policy.

  8. Modification and Termination:

    1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
    2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
    2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

  10. Promotion Period:

    1. The promo campaign will run from 11th October 2023 to -. Any referrals made or actions taken outside this period will not be eligible for participation.
    2. The promotion period can be altered or modified at any time at the discretion of the Company.

  11. Minimum Participation Requirement:

    1. The Giveaway requires a minimum number of 300 participants to be eligible.
    2. If the minimum participation requirement is not met, the Giveaway may be canceled or postponed at the Company's discretion.

  12. Taxation and Legal Compliance:

    1. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, gas fees, or legal obligations associated with receiving the prize. SOMA Finance, Incorporated shall not be held liable for any tax liabilities or legal consequences arising from the promotion or the distribution of the prize.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
